HDP delegation on its way to Zergelê

More delegations are going to Zergelê village in Qandil region of South Kurdistan for an inspection at the scene of the massacre by Turkish jets on August 1st, which left eight people dead and 15 others wounded.

More delegations are going to Zergelê village in Qandil region of South Kurdistan for an inspection at the scene of the massacre by Turkish jets on August 1st, which left eight people dead and 15 others wounded.

A delegation of the HDP (Peoples' Democratic Party) has also left for the Zergelê village where they will make an inspection at the scene tomorrow. The HDP executives are also expected to meet authorities from Kurdistan Federal Government should the need arise.

The delegation is comprised of HDP Urfa deputy Osman Baydemir, Siirt deputy Kadri Yıldırım, İstanbul deputy Hüda Kaya, HDP Deputy General in Charge of Foreign Affairs Nazmi Gür and MYK (Central Executive Board) member Hatice Altınışık.

In the meantime, a delegation of the Kurdistan National Congress (KNK), Tevgera Azadi, Iraqi Parliament and Hizbê Şuiyê Kurdistan will also go to the village for an inspection today.
