Euphrates Liberation Brigade announces its establishment

The 250 fighters under the command of Enwer Xebat announced the establishment of Euphrates Liberation Brigade (Tehrîr-El-Firat) after their graduation from the Martyr Commander Faysal Ebu Leyla Academy in Manbij. Euphrates Liberation Brigade Commander Enwer Xebat stated that the brigade would operate under Manbij Military Council, and emphasized the brigade’s allegiance to the principle of co-existence among the peoples of Manbij.
Enwer Xebat promised the people of Manbij that the town would be the symbol of the Syrian revolution and form the basis of the construction of democratic Syria where people of all nations and religion live together.
Lastly, Xebat stated that Euphrates Liberation Brigade would act in accordance with international laws of war and struggle towards defending the region and constructing a democratic and federal Syria.
