Clashes have been reported in Karliova, in the province of Bingöl, between Kurdish guerrillas and Turkish army. Death and wounded are reported among Turkish soldiers

According to information received from local sources, a number of ambulances were sent to the region following clashes between guerrilla forces and Turkish soldiers in the Karlıova district.

Turkish sources reported that one soldier was killed and two others were wounded in the conflict.

The HPG-Press Center has yet to issue an official statement on the event.
