They have been waiting in Tehran since Monday. They hoped to bring home the bodies of their children, executed last Sunday. But their hopes were dashed this morning when officials told them that the place of burial will be announced in 10 days. According to Hrana new reporters, intelligence office refused to deliver bodies of Sirin Elem Hulu, Ferzad Kemanger, Eli Heyderiyan, Ferhad Wekili, Mehdi Islamian to their families.

Now the intelligence office not only refused to deliver the bodies, but by summoning and arresting family members of executed prisoners threatened them to not hold funeral ceremonies or participate in any rallies in Kurdistan. That the office was not just threatening the families with arrest became clear when on Tuesday morning the mother and sister of Sirin Alamhooie were arrested. They were released on bail shortly after. Attempts were then made to arrest the entire Kamangar family in front of Evin prison on Thursday. They are under house arrest in Sanandaj after returning back from Tehran.
