Another Turkish bombardment in Southern Kurdistan: 3 killed

A bombardment carried out by Turkish warplanes in Çemço area of Medya Defense Zones has killed three local people.

Turkish fighter jets shelled the Tepeka village in Çemço area of Medya Defense Zones in Southern Kurdistan territory last night. Three local people by the names of İsmet, Şaban and Fakir who were in their vineyards during the bombardment have lost their lives.

Bodies of the three slain villagers have been found by their relatives who started to search for them Wednesday morning.

Warplanes of the invading Turkish army had also bombed a small group of local people in Rêkan and Nerwê villages in Sheladize town of Amadiya district in Southern Kurdistan last night, leaving 4 of them dead.

With the massacre in Tepeka village, the number of civilians killed by Turkish warplanes in Southern Kurdistan last night has risen to 7.
