292 Yazidis voluntarily return to Shengal from Duhok camps
292 Yazidis voluntarily returned to Shengal from the Duhok camps where they lived. The Iraqi Ministry of Immigration said that they are continuing their return scheme.
292 Yazidis living in refugee camps in Duhok returned to Shengal.
The Iraqi Minister of Immigration, Ivan Fayeq, said that they gave instructions to all parties to meet the vital needs of those families who returned to their homes voluntarily.
Fayeq said that the return to Shengal is ensured in coordination with the ministry, security forces and local administrations, and that they continue their efforts to register the refugees who want to return to their homes.
