Ten people who had been detained in concurrent house raids in Bulanık, Malazgirt and Varto districts of Muş and in İzmir province the day before were referred to the courthouse in Patnos district of Ağrı following procedures at Muş police headquarters.

After initiation of transactions at prosecutor's office, DBP Malazgirt district co-chair İsmail Turanlı, Dağıstan Payçu, Şinasi Kızılbaba, Fatih Uğurcu, Sidar Karaçelik, Habip Kaya, Velat Elden, Bülent Aydın, Erdal Urguni and Vedat Aydın, who was also detained in İzmir in the scope of the same operation and brought to Muş, were referred to a court with a demand for arrest.

All the 10 detainees were remanded in custody and sent to Muş E Type Closed Prison on charges of "membership to a terrorist organization", and "aiding and abetting a terrorist organization".
