Hunger strike at Ağrı Prison against the isolation of Öcalan
Political prisoners have initiated an alternating hunger strike at the prison of Ağrı in order to protest the isolation enforced upon Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
PKK and PJAK members imprisoned in Turkey and Northern Kurdistan have started hunger strike recently in order to draw attention to the intensified isolation enforced against Kurdish People's Leader Öcalan, and they were joined by the political prisoners in the Closed Prison of Ağrı as well.
PKK prisoners Kahraman Muslu, Kamuran Sunbat, Hasan Akman and Kadir Karabağ began a three-day alternating hunger strike in order to protest the policy of isolation implemented against Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan.
