Turkish Constitutional Court has rejected an application denouncing a right violation against dozens of people trapped in the basement of a largely demolished building in Cizre's Cudi neighborhood for one week.

The Court has unanimously rejected an application regarding “assertions of a violation of the right to life, security interest, freedom, ban on torture and torment against the persons claimed to be wounded and denied access to health care service in Şırnak's Cizre district”.
