• HPG releases images of Turkish soldier who allegedly 'died in a hospital' 

  Images have emerged showing that guerrillas had the body of a Turkish soldier named Nuri Melih Bozkurt. The Turkish officials said the soldier in question had been "injured and died in a hospital."

  The Rojava Information Centre found that in 2021 Turkish-backed militias arrested at least 1,095 people in Afrin & the M4 Strip. At least 114 of those arrested were subjected to torture. Additionally, the RIC recorded 107 cases of gender-based violence.
• Journalist Sweeney publishes report on Turkish use of chemical weapons 

  British journalist Steve Sweeney, published a report called “Collusion, conspiracy and corruption: an ‘on the ground’ report into Turkish war crimes and use of chemical weapons”.
• Turkey uses tactical nuclear weapons in its war in Kurdistan 

  In accordance with its war concept against the Kurdish people introduced in 2015, the Turkish has state increased its inventory of nuclear weapons. Recently, it has put into use 'tactical nuclear weapons' which destroys targeted areas.
