The delegation, which came to Hewlêr (Erbil) in South Kurdistan to observe the statement to be made by a group of guerrillas following Abdullah Öcalan’s call, has set off towards the city of Sulaymaniyah, where the ceremony will take place.

The delegation is traveling in vehicles provided by the administration of the Federal Kurdistan Region and will be taken to the designated area in Sulaymaniyah where the ceremony is to be held.

No technical equipment will be allowed in the area where the ceremony will take place.
