16 ISIS members captured in security operation in Hol Camp on its second day

As the security operation launched against ISIS in Hol Camp continues on its second day, 16 ISIS members have been captured.

The security operation launched by the Internal Security Forces in Hol Camp in North-East Syria continues on its second day. The SDF (Syrian Democratic Forces) and YPJ (Women’s Protection Units) are also taking part in the operation, and search operations are being carried out in and around the camp.

On its second day, the operation started in the second part of the camp in the morning.

The Internal Security Forces announced on Saturday that 16 ISIS members were captured, and three Kalashnikov weapons, two pistols and many bullets were seized during the searches in and around the camp.

As many as 35,323 people are living in Hol Camp, 13,124 of whom are Iraqi migrants. The majority of the camp's inhabitants is made up of the families of ISIS mercenaries. ISIS members are constantly trying to remain active in the camp and organize children with radical ideas.
