Increasingly ongoing attacks by Turkish police forces have claimed yet another life.

The southern province of Adana has also witnessed demonstrations condemning the massacre in Ankara which left over a hundred people dead and more than five hundred wounded.

Thousands took to the streets in Dağlıoğlu, Hürriyet, Denizli and Ova neighborhoods of Seyhan district, and in Kiremithane and Anadolu neighborhoods of Yüreğir district in protest against the bloody bomb attacks today. The main slogan chanted by the demonstrators was “Murderer Erdoğan” and “Martyrs are immortal”.

Police unsurprisingly attacked the people with water cannons and tear gas soon after they started a march in Denizli and Hürriyet neighborhoods. As demonstrators responded to the attack, police continued their savage attacks by firing bullets on the people.

The police teams that dispersed into side streets after the march also targeted the Dora family as they were on their way to their house.

5-year-old Tevriz Dora was shot by a police bullet in the head while in his mother's lap. The kid who got heavily wounded in the attack was taken under treatment at Çukurova Aşkım Tüfekçi State Hospital where he lost his life despite all the medical efforts.

Dora's body has been taken to the morgue of Adana Forensic Medicine Institution for a post-mortem examination.
