The General Command of YPG (People's Defense Units) has released a statement reporting an activity of unidentified planes over Jazeera region of Rojava (West Kurdistan).

The statement by YPG said that two unidentified military helicopters were spotted in the sky of Alian District north of Qamishlo city in Jazeera Canton on Tuesday night November 24 between 8 and 9 pm.

The two planes were later followed while flying over the town Rimelan and Tel Adas Petroleum Station (Gerziro) and the village of Gerziarat, and then headed north towards the Turkish border.

YPG General Command warned against these irresponsible actions, adding that in case of repetition, they will conduct the necessary response to target any violations of this kind.
