‘Turkey sent heavy weaponry to jihadist gangs once again’

Jaysh Al Thuwar commander Ebu Hecî stated that the Turkish state sent heavy weaponry to jihadists gangs last week and prepares to intervene in the region militarily.

Jaysh Al Thuwar commander Ebu Hecî spoke to ANF about the attacks on Azaz-Efrîn-Shehba and Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood, and the relation between the Turkish state and the gangs affiliated with SNC and KNC. Ebu Hecî stated that the Turkish state sent heavy weaponry to jihadists gangs last week and prepares to intervene in the region militarily.

The Jaysh Al Thuwar commander stated that the Turkish Intelligence aims to eliminate Rojava Revolution and has built relations with SNC gangs in order to accomplish this goal. Ebu Hecî said that the Turkish state recently delivered heavy weaponry, missiles, and machine gun-mounted vehicles to the gangs through the İlmintar-Hawar-Kilis route.

Ebu Hecî also stated that more than 60 SNC and KNC gangs injured during the clashes in Til Rifat, Eyn Deqne, Bilelon, Birad, Vilat Qazi, and Minix received treatment in hospitals in Kilis, and said that this information clearly shows the relations between Turkey and jihadist gangs.

The Jaysh Al Thuwar commander stated that Turkish Intelligence and General Staff officials held an emergency meeting with more than 20 SNC gang leaders in Antep recently, and planned the attacks on Sheikh Maqsoud-Azaz-Efrin-Shehba regions as well as organizing the unification of gang groups under the umbrella of Jaysh Al Sunni (Sunni Army).

Ebu Hecî described ISIS’ rocket attacks on Kilis as a ‘scenario,’ which the Turkish state organizes in order to legitimize its intervention in the region. The commander said that the Rojava Revolution, not ISIS, would be the main target of a Turkish intervention in North Syria.

Lastly, Jaysh Al Thuwar commander Ebu Hecî called upon the US and Russia to be more responsible and take action against the attacks on Sheikh Maqsoud-Azaz-Efrin-Shehba regions, which breach the on-going ceasefire in Syria.
