Kurds and revolutionary organisations from Turkey staged a demo outside the Turkish Embassy in French capital Paris today in protest at the massacre of dozens in the Kurdish town of Cizre.

Demonstrators who gathered upon a call by Democratic Kurdish Council of France were attacked by police, in the wake of which 25 people were detained and 15 others got injured.

The police crackdown came after demonstrators refused to leave the area amid slogans “Murderer Turkey, Collaborator Europe” condemning the savage execution of dozens by Turkish state forces late yesterday.

While the mass flocked to the Democratic Kurdish Society Centre in Paris after the intervention, a demo will staged at the Rebublique Square in the evening.
