Man's body found near mercenary’s checkpoint in Afrin

A man's body was found near the mercenary’s checkpoint in Afrin, which is under the occupation by the Turkish state.

According to the information received, a male body was found near the Al Hemzat mercenary’s checkpoint on the village of Telef highway in the southwest of Afrin. It was reported that the body belonged to a person in his 50s and was taken to the city hospital.

It could not be established who the body belonged to and how he was killed.

The Turkish state established a complete terrorist regime in Afrin, which it occupied in 2018. According to the Syrian Human Rights Organization, at least 10 thousand 332 people were kidnapped, and 463 people were murdered between 2018 and April 2024.
