The Ceasefire Watch Center under Russian control in Syria announced that they have detected a convoy of semitrailer trucks was transporting weapons from Turkey’s border to the lands under ISIS control in Aleppo area.
This piece of information can be found in a report published on the Russian Defense Ministry’s website. The report says “a convoy of semitrailer trucks carrying weapons and ammunition was detected on the northeast of the Aleppo region. The convoy arrived at the Turkish border escorted by armed guards and passed through areas under control of different groups to finally reach ISIS-controlled lands.”
The announcement also states that the ceasefire treaty was signed with representatives from two residential units in Homs area and the number of residential units taking part in the ceasefire process rose to 138. The ceasefire was violated 3 times in the last 24 hours.
The report also states that Al Nusra and other gangs continue their attacks on residential areas and civilian casualties continue to rise, despite the month of Ramadan.
Meanwhile, the report stresses that 18,3 tonnes of humanitarian aid was dropped on Deyr ez-Zor under ISIS invasion.
