A huge generator has been sent to the region to provide power for the Tabqa Dam which was damaged by artillery and mortar attacks of the ISIS gangs.

Engineers speaking to ANF stated that the generator has been brought by Syrian Red Crescent and will end the danger upon the dam.

ISIS gangs have attacked the dam with artillery and mortar fire to hinder the works of the engineers as they continued efforts to provide power to the dam.

The team was forced to leave the area in the face of the attack and will reportedly resume their works once the attack stops.

In the meantime, SDF fighters have downed a drone of the ISIS operating over the dam as the technicians inspected the scene.
