One major and one sergeant were killed in clashes between state forces and YPS members in Nusaybin yesterday.

Civilian Defense Units YPS/YPS-JIN continue their strong retaliation against attacks of state forces in Mardin's Nusaybin district where intense clashes went on through yesterday. Reports say one major and one sergeant were killed in clashes between YPS members and state forces trying to enter the neigborhoods.

Turkish General Staff has confirmed the death of the major and the sergeant in a written statement.
