YPG actions in Afrin against occupiers

The YPG has detailed actions it carried out in Turkey-occupied Afrin

The YPG Press Centre has released a statement in its website detailing actions it carried out in the city of Afrin, occupied by Turkish forces and its mercenary allies. 

Here are the press release: 

“Within the scope of the second phase of the Epochal Resistance, our forces have carried out successful actions against the invading Turkish army and its mercenary allies in Afrin. 

As a result of these actions, 6 gangs were killed while many of them were wounded. The actions were carried out in Afrin centre as well as in the towns of Sera and Bilbilê.

On June 18, our forces carried out a mine action against a military vehicle in the town of Sera. 
Two mercenaries were killed and three severely wounded.

On 19 June, our forces carried out an action against Feylak Şam mercenary group, which was stationed in Heyama village, Bilbilê. Two mercenaries were killed in the action.

In another action carried out on 20 June, our forces attacked the Fırkat Hamza group, which was stationed near the el Zadiyê cemetery in Afrin city centre. Two mercenaries were killed and the vehicle was destroyed. 

Finally on 22 June, the invading Turkish army launched a comprehensive operation in Bilbilê district and countryside with the participation of unmanned aerial vehicles. The operation however ended pretty soon after with no result.
