No news from Afrin resident since the occupation

Mihemed Hesen Biremo was kidnapped and his wife has received no news of his whereabouts.

A woman named Sebah Cafer from the Xelalka village of Afrin's Rajo district said that the occupying Turkish army had kidnapped her husband and that she had no news of him.

Sebah Cafer stated that her husband, Mihemed Hesen Biremo (42), was livestocking when their village was attacked by Turkish occupying forces. He was kidnapped when the invasion began and no news has been learned about his fate since.

"We left our houses with our children because of the attacks on our village", she said.

Sebahat Cafer said that her husband suffered from a nervous disease, and added that his health condition got worse due to the lack of medicine during the war.

Sebah Cafer is currently staying with her 5 children at the Berxwedan Camp in Shehba, in the Fafin district.
