A new school opened in Raqqa

The school is located in the north of the city and it was opened with a moving ceremony.

Raqqa Civil Council’s Education and Training Committee is working hard to open the schools destroyed by DAESH during its occupation of the city.

Indeed after completing the 2-month long restoration work of Endelos School, Raqqa Civil Council and the Partinz Organization opened the school.

The school is located in the north of the city and it was opened with a moving ceremony.

Members, teachers and students got together with members of the Raqqa Civil Council in the opening ceremony.

The school's doors were officially opened by students Renîm El-Sado and Eyad Mihemed.

After the opening ceremony, participants visited the school which will house some 2,500 students.

Mihemed al-Sixni, member of the Education Committee, spoke at the opening ceremony: “We want to see smiles on the faces of our students again. We are putting all our energy to work for a more trained and educated generation.”
