Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), Republican People's Party (CHP) and Vatan Party have appealed to the Turkish Supreme Election Board (YSK) for the annulment of Sunday's referendum because of already documented but still denied irregularities.

The applications by the three parties were submitted after YSK President announced on Sunday evening that ballots without official stamps would be accepted as valid on AKP's demand.

YSK announced Wednesday afternoon that the three applications have been rejected by majority of votes, with only one affirmative vote from its 11 members. 

YSK has 15 members, 4 of whom are representatives of political parties who therefore do not have the right to vote.
