A demonstration will be held in Paris to demand justice for Kurdish revolutionaries Sakine, Fidan and Leyla who were brutally murdered in the heart of the French capital on 9 January 2013. France is yet to shed light on the triple murder.

Tevgera Ciwanên Şoreşger (Revolutionary Youth Movement) and Jinên Ciwan ên Azad (Free Young Women) made a written statement to call on young people to stand up against isolation and fascism and demand justice for the Paris murders, of Sakine Cansız, Fidan Doğan and Leyla Şaylemez.

Drawing attention on the isolation regime imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan the youth organisations said that this model was being used to try and destroy the achievements reached in Roava.

Both organizations, which emphasized the "free life model in Rojava", added: "Our ongoing resistance to all attacks in all areas of Kurdistan is growing."

Commending the hunger strikes against the isolation of Öcalan, the statement said: "The resistance of the hunger strikers that began in prisons after the fast launched by Leyla Güven has reached an important and critical stage."

The statement continued: "It is the time to step up our protests especially as young people. This is the time to take action against fascism. The colonial powers must know very well that Leader Apo is the red line of our people, socialist and internationalist peoples and our youth."

The statement ended with a call to "all the Revolutionary, Patriotic young people and young women. Let us turn every field into action by ensuring a strong participation to the Paris march to take place on January 12."
