Young German people visited Kurdish hunger striker Xelil

"I will continue my action with great determination until the isolation on our Leader is broken. I am determined to continue and my morale is high. My health is good.”

A delegation from Interventionistische Linke, Roja and Prolos organisations in Germany visited the Media People’s House in the city of Nuremberg, where Kurdish activist Şiyar Xelil is on hunger strike.

German youth brought their solidarity to the hunger strikers and condemned “the silence of the German State caused by the capitalist system that is not only against the Kurds but against all antifascist and anticapitalist people.

The delegation of young people said that the hunger strike actions should be claimed and pledged to work to create public awareness.

Hunger striker Şiyar Xelil said: “My expectation from you and the public opinion in Germany is that you will give more solidarity to the Kurdish people and that we can add force to force. You must bring our voice to the society of Germany.”

Xelil added: “I will continue my action with great determination until the isolation on our Leader is broken. I am determined to continue and my morale is high. My health is good.”
