At events in Stockholm and Uppsala, the book "Revolution in Rojava" , published in 2015, has been presented. Speakers included co-author and environmental engineer Ercan Ayboğa, Thomas Pettersson of the Swedish Rojava Committee and Iranian author Bahram Rahmani.

In front of a predominantly Iranian audience, Ercan Ayboğa reported on the genesis of the book, published in nine languages ​​until now, after extensive research in Rojava in 2014, in collaboration with ethnologist Anja Flach and historian Michael Knapp.

"Our goal was to publicize the developments in Rojava. The interest in the book was much greater than we had hoped. So far, it has been translated into nine languages, and another three to four languages ​​are planned. In about two months, a Turkish version will be published. The German original has already been published in its fourth edition, the English version in third edition," said Ayboğa.
