Polls closed in 4 of the 7 new elections ruled by YSK

Polls have closed in four of the seven region for which the High Election Board (YSK) ruled elections to be rerun.  

In Honaz voters were 21,810 in 76 polling stations and had to return to vote on Sunday after the 31 March election results were cancelled. In Yusufeli 5,219 voters in 20 polling stations were called again while in Keskin 6,396 voters in 24 polling stations, in Kesmetepe (Besmi), 1,205 voters voted in 7 polling stations.

In Istanbul, where the election for the Metropolitan Municipality was also canceled by the YSK, the new contest will be held on 23 June.

Elections in Demirci (Aksaray) will take place on 21 July, while in Suvarlı (Adıyaman) elections will take place on 4 August.
