KCDK-E's Koç: Towards a national attitude on Turkish attacks

On 27 July there will be a workshop in which we will work for a national attitude towards the attacks carried out by Turkey in South Kurdistan.

KCDK-E co-chair Yüksel Koç was on a 4-days talks visit in Berlin. He said that the National Workshop on 27 July the Kurdish institutions will define a national attitude on Turkey's invasion of South Kurdistan.

Koç met with representatives of Kurdish institutions and personalities at the Civaka Azad Association in Berlin.

On the 4 days trip he said: "Kurdistan, Turkey, and the Middle East have experienced important developments, as it is known. First was the hunger strike resistance to break isolation and its success.

As a result of this, during a meeting with his lawyers on 2 May, President Apo shared a 7-item declaration with the public. It was published in the form of a 'calll to the democratic public opinion ’."

Koç added: "We, as a group of Kurdish institution executives, have been in Berlin for 4 days. One of our aims is to transfer, share and reach out to a broader audience President Apo's seven-point declaration.

To this end we have met with Turkey and Kurdistan intellectuals, writers, public figures, and have held one to one consultation with representative institutions, in order to reach a social consesus on democratic politics."
