Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room Command announced the beginning of the fourth phase in the military campaign for the liberation of Raqqa and surroundings.

The statement by the Operation Room Command is as follows;

“As Wrath of Euphrates Operation Room Command we announce the beginning of the fourth phase in the military campaign Wrath of Euphrates. In this phase, entire northern Raqqa and Jalab Valley will be liberated from ISIS gangs.

The fourth phase of the campaign starts with the participation of many forces operating under the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and support of the international coalition. During this phase, SDF fighters on eastern and western fronts will advance towards Raqqa and liberate the Jalab Valley and northern Raqqa.

We call upon our people in this region to back our forces and stay away from the positions of ISIS gangs to avoid being used as human shields. We promise to secure the lives of civilians.

We salute the resistance of our people and the Raqqa, Deir ez-Zor and Tabqa youth partaking in the Operation Wrath of Euphrates. We reiterate our promise that we will liberate entire Raqqa from ISIS gangs."
