FEDA calls on people to join protest against Erdoğan in Geneva

The Democratic Alevi Federation criticised to the invitation of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan to Geneva and called on people to join the protest organised for Tuesday.

In a written statement, the Democratic Alevi Federation (FEDA) condemned the invitation of the Turkish President, who supported ISIS mercenaries and is responsible of massacres in Kurdistan, to the 1st Global Refugee Forum on 17 and 18 December.

FEDA underlined the occupation attacks in Rojava and added: "Erdoğan's hands are covered with blood for the massacres its mercenaries are carrying out in Rojava."

FEDA added: "It is unacceptable that a bloody dictator who actually forces people to become refugees will co-chair such a Forum."

FEDA urged all the parties, institutions and individuals who are in favor of conscience and justice, especially the Alevis, to meet in Geneva at Place de les Nations on Tuesday at 11 am to protest the presence of Erdoğan.
