Day 9 of solidarity hunger strike in Copenhagen

Protest actions against the isolation regime imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan continue all over Europe.

In Copenhagen, Denmark, Kurds have been on a solidarity hunger strike for 9 days in protest at the aggravated isolation regime imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan by the Turkish state.

The hunger strikers saluted the resistance of HDP Hakkari deputy Leyla Güven and called on people to join the action scheduled for Sunday.

A statement issued by activists underlined that “the AKP-MHP fascist state is attacking the freedom and rights of Kurds with policies of total war and massacre.”
