The governor of Hakkari extended the decision to prohibit actions and activities in the city for another 15 days.

The governorship decision said: "Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 17 and 19 of the 2911 Meetings and Demonstrations Law and Article 11 of the Law on Provincial Administration no. 5442, activities and actions in public places such as squares, streets, roads, parks are prohibited from 30 November 2019 at 12 am to 14 December 2019 at 11.59 pm."

The ban includes actions such as outdoor meetings, demonstrations, marches, sit-ins, hunger strikes, press statements, opening of tents.
