GRAZ

The airstrike carried out by the Turkish state on Makhmur and Shengal on Thursday evening were condemned in Graz, Austria and Berlin, Germany.

A protest was organised in Hauptplatz, in Graz. People chanted slogans and called on the Austrian population to show solidarity with the people in Makhmur.

BERLIN

In Berlin, a demonstration was organised to protest against the Turkish state airstrikes against Shengal and Makhmur.

A large crowd gathered in front of the US Embassy at Parizerplatz on Thursday night, immediately after news of the attacks broke out.

The people were carrying posters of Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan and chanted slogans such as “Fascist Erdoğan get out of Kurdistan” and “Merkel is financing, Erdoğan is bombing”

The action lasted two hours and the crowd vehemently criticised the US as well as Germany.
