According to the Tasnim news agency, the attack on Sunday night against a military airbase in Syria left 7 Iranian soldiers dead. This number is twice what had been announced before.

The Iranian regime and the Russian and Syrian governments hold Israel responsible for the attack against the T-4 (Tiyas) airbase close to the Homs province, while Israel neither confirmed nor denied the allegations.

Bodies of the Iranian soldiers presented as “military advisors” have been transported to Iran. Iranian media had previously announced that 4 Iranian soldiers had been killed.
