Station in Afrin-Rajo turned into torture center

The occupation forces have transformed the station at Meydan Ekbes in Afrin’s Rajo district and the surrounding houses of the population into a "central prison". This place is now notorious as a torture center among the remaining population.

The occupation forces have converted the railway station in Meydan Ekbes in the district of Rajo and the surrounding houses of the population into a "central prison". According to ANHA news agency, the buildings of the railway station where Turkish soldiers are stationed and 40 civilian homes were converted into a prison complex. The prison was declared a military restricted area and is used as a torture center, according to the population. The villagers report that they hear the cries of the tortured people throughout the night. Allegations were denounced by two women, who were released after torture there.

It is also said that in the village members of the Kurdish National Council (ENKS) go along with Turkish soldiers.
