KCK: We will make life hell for those who make our lives hell

KCK said "We have always defended that "There can be no living without the Leader". We have evaluated living without our Leader as a life worse than hell. We therefore warn that; We will make life hell for those who make our lives hell."

KCK General Presidency Council released a statement on the aggravated isolation imposed on Kurdish People's Leader Abdullah Öcalan from whom no news has been received since April 5, 2015.

KCK pointed out that international powers and the fascist AKP state that served as the guardian of the İmralı system were acting as if there was no İmralı prison and the Kurdish leader was not held there.

Remarking that the İmralı process was being advanced in the form of destroying the ignored, KCK said the denial and annihilation policy pursued against Kurds is being realized in the person of the Kurdish leader in a more intensified manner.

'ISOLATION RELATED WITH THE DEVELOPMENTS IN THE MIDDLE EAST AND TURKEY'

KCK stressed that the isolation practice was obviously related with the developments in the Middle East and Turkey, saying; "International hegemonic powers preparing to intervene the Middle East firstly targeted our Leader whom they considered as an obstacle to the accomplishment of their intervention. They took our Leader captive as a result of a conspiracy and put him in a cell. At this stage, they are manifesting the same approach, and they are trying to re-shape the İmralı practices in the first place as they want to design the Middle East. In other words, they see it essential to make our Leader unheard and forgotten about in order for the accomplishment of this design of theirs. This is the reason why the İmralı isolation is being extended to an inhumane dimension during this period."

'IMRALI TALKS ENDED AFTER THE BEGINNING OF THE ANNIHILATION WAR AGAINST KURDS'

KCK said this reality didn't mean the fascist Erdoğan dictatorship had no role in this isolation, adding; "On the contrary, Erdoğan dictatorship treated our Leader as a hostage since the very beginning. Our Leader's meetings with his family and lawyers were entirely suspended during the AKP rule. Meeting with the HDP delegation was allowed within the scope of preparations for the 'collapse plan' aiming a genocide of Kurds. To Erdoğan dictatorship, these talks were part of the operation being run and the meetings were strictly stopped when decision was made to start an annihilation war against Kurds."

'THE THREAT AND DANGER IS HUGE'

KCK stated that their concerns over the security and well-being of the Kurdish leader have increased with the developments taking place following the failed coup attempt of July 15.

"The existing threat and danger is huge. It is all the Kurdish people in the person of our Leader, and Turkey's powers for democracy and peace that are under threat. It is women and the bright future of our countries and peoples that are under the threat of massacre. Expecting insensitively to see what will happen is no different than darkening our own future with our own hands."

'EUROPE'S SILENCE IS COMPLICITY IN ERDOĞAN DICTATORSHIP'

Remarking that Turkey is a party to the principles of the European Convention on Human Rights and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, KCK said this isolation therefore meant trampling on the EU values.

"The total silence of Europe towards this state of affairs means nothing other than complicity in Erdoğan dictatorship. The new Turkey that Erdoğan tries to create means an expansion of ISIS' borders and escalation of the ISIS threat against Europe. The restriction of this threat relies on ending the İmralı isolation. The Council of Europe should act urgently on this matter."

KCK ended the statement, underlining that; "We have always defended that "There can be no living without the Leader". We have evaluated living without our Leader as a life worse than hell. We therefore warn that; We will make life hell for those who make our lives hell."
