ISIS gangs yesterday attacked the villages of Bir Cerbo, Cerwa, Rihaniyet, Um Tenek and Royan that have been liberated recently in the fourth phase of the Operation Wrath of Euphrates.

Fierce clashes that erupted following the response of Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) continued into the afternoon. During the clashes in which SDF forces were backed by international coalition airstrikes, 70 ISIS members were killed and their corpses remained in SDF possession, in addition to their arms and munitions.

SDF fighters continue their mop-up activities around the villages following yesterday's intense clashes.
