According to reports from the ground, SDF forces liberated the village of Gidêran north of the Al-Hurriya (Freedom) Dam that is located on the western front of Raqqa.

With the liberation of the village last night following an offensive launched on Wednesday, the northern side of the dam has been cleared of ISIS completely. At least 10 ISIS members were killed during clashes. SDF fighters also seized arms and ammunition from the ISIS gangs.
