Scandinavian party delegations to visit HDP Co-chairs
Attempts by international delegations to visit HDP co-chairs Figen Yüksekdağ and Selahattin Demirtaş in Kandira and Edirne prisons continue despite all obstacles.
A delegation consisting of the leaders of Sweden Left Party, Denmark’s Red/Green Alliance, Finland Left Alliance and Norway’s Socialist Left Party will pay a visit to HDP co-chairs on 7-8 December 2016.
Sweden Left Party delegation will be in Kandıra Prison on December 7th, at 14:00 to visit HDP Co-chair Figen Yüksekdağ.
The leaders of Sweden Left Party, Denmark’s Red/Green Alliance, Finland Left Alliance and Norway’s Socialist Left Party, on the other hand, will be in Edirne Prison on December 8th, at 10:30 to visit HDP Co-chair Selahattin Demirtaş.
After their visit the delegations will make press statements in front of the prisons, depending on the schedule of the visits.
