Saleh Moslem: Only Kurds want a solution in Syria

PYD’s establishment was celebrated in Kiel, Germany. PYD Co-President Moslem spoke during the event and said that only Kurds want a solution and an end to the bloodshed in Syria.

The establishment of Democratic Union Party (PYD) was celebrated in Megasay wedding-ceremony hall in Kiel city of Germany.

PYD Co-President Saleh Moslem addressed the nearly one thousand participants of the event and said "There is the reality of a mobilized people in Rojava. Correct policies are being implemented. There are the defense forces. International forces led by the US and Russia understand the autonomous system in Rojava and make similar proposals. However, regional powers such as Turkey, Qatar and Saudi Arabia do not want the relation between Rojava and international powers to progress. They want to first advance militarily on land, and then establish political relations. The Syrian regime and opposition also think like this."

‘THEY DO NOT FEEL PEOPLE’S PAINS’

Moslem emphasized that certain international powers do not approach the problem in Syria seriously, and at times forget about the mayhem in the country. Moslem said "No power in Syria feel the pains of Syrian people. Hundreds of thousands of people have been killed and thousands of homes have been destroyed so far. Kurdish people are the only force that wants an end to the war and the bloodshed in Syria. Many groups have said that the problems in Syria cannot be solved if Kurdish people are not presented at Geneva talks. "

The celebration of the PYD’s establishment ended with folk dance performances.
