Turkish army increases its activities on the Rojava border

The Turkish army increased its activities on the border between Rojava (West) and North Kurdistan. Residents of the Bîka village in Afrin’s Bilbilê district criticized the Turkish army’s activities and occupation.

The Turkish army increased the number of its armored vehicles in the Bîka village in Afrin’s Bilbilê district ten times.

The occupying Turkish soldiers entered the village and harmed villagers’ trees in a space of 300 meters. Bîka village resident Heval Mihemed spoke to ANHA regarding the Turkish army’s occupation and said that he has been pasturing his sheep in the area close to the border since his childhood, but Turkish snipers have been shooting at villagers near the border recently.

Mihemed condemned the Turkish army’s occupation of his land and called upon the Turkish state to stop its fascist policies.
