Gang groups attack YPG positions in Shehba region

Gang groups affiliated to the SNC attacked YPG positions in the villages of Vîlata Qadî and Merenaz in Shehba region, and ISIS gangs attacked Um Al-Hosh village.

According to an ANHA report, gang groups affiliated to the Syrian National Coalition attacked the YPG positions in the villages of Vîlata Qadî and Merenaz in Shehba region with heavy weapons. YPG fighters retaliated and repelled the attacks.

SNC gangs in Azaz also attempted to attack the YPG positions at around 05:00 Friday morning. Many members of the gang groups were killed as YPG combatants responded to the aggression.

On the other hand, ISIS gangs launched a mortar attack targeting Um Al-Hosh village in Shehba region at 19:00 Thursday evening. While the aggression did not cause any casualties or injuries, civilian settlement areas were greatly damaged as a result of the attack.
