Snipers in Cizre have shot dead daughter of civilian Eşref Edim who lost his life as a result of attacks by Turkish state forces on Varol Street of Nur neighborhood in Şırnak's Cizre district early this morning.

The girl, reportedly aged around 10, who went out after her father was shot in the attack, holding her hands up and telling police that her father needed to be taken to hospital, was also targeted and shot by snipers. She got heavily wounded at the scene and couldn't be taken to hospital due to ongoing attacks, as a result of which she lost her life despite all the efforts made by locals to save her.

On the other hand, the two women who lost their lives as a result of artillery fires on Mezbahane Street have turned out to be bride and mother in law.

At least four civilians are reported to have lost their lives and many others wounded in the attacks in Cudi and Nur neighborhoods going on since last night.
