A severe blast has occured as a police service bus passed by Dicle neighborhood in Mardin's Nusaybin district.

The blast on the historical Silk Road has left the police bus unusable, while no information was immediately available as to whether it has resulted in casualties or not. Yet, a number of ambulances and armored vehicles have been rushed to the scene.

Armored vehicles dispatched to the area have reportedly started to fire on Dicle neighborhood after the blast.
